Daniel C. Baker, MD

Dr. Baker is a prominent, New York-based plastic surgeon with a practice on the Upper East Side. Having been performing plastic surgery for over three decades, his early years were devoted to microsurgery and limb reattachment as well as head and neck cancer reconstruction. The past 20 years, the majority of his surgery has been aesthetic face, nose, eyelids, breast, body sculpting, and liposuction. However, he continues to dedicate time to facial cancer and facial paralysis reconstruction.

His hospital affiliations include Bellevue Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear And Throat Hospital, and Lenox Hill Hospital.

Having been teaching plastic surgeons for over 25 years, he has been invited to lecture and perform surgical demonstrations for plastic surgeons in over 30 countries around the world. Every year, he lectures and teaches at numerous national meetings in the United States and international meetings around the world.

With a focus on cosmetic procedures, he is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).

In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Baker is an active member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Microsurgery, the International Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
