Dr. Baker is a prominent, New York-based plastic surgeon with a practice on the Upper East Side. Having been performing plastic surgery for over three decades, his early years were devoted to microsurgery and limb reattachment as well as head and neck cancer reconstruction. The past 20 years, the majority of his surgery has been aesthetic face, nose, eyelids, breast, body sculpting, and liposuction. However, he continues to dedicate time to facial cancer and facial paralysis reconstruction.

Having been teaching plastic surgeons for over 25 years, he has been invited to lecture and perform surgical demonstrations for plastic surgeons in over 30 countries around the world.
