Greetings from President of the Organizing Committee

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is a great honor and privilege for me to announce the 14^th National Meeting of the Hellenic Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, that will be held from 19-22 October 2022 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The unprecedented conditions, that we are experiencing during the last two years, due to the global health crisis from the covid-19 pandemic, inevitably led to the postponement of our biennial meeting, planned to be held last year. At the same time however, this era of rapid developments and reversals in many fields of our specialty, will result in our forthcoming conference being a powerful scientific pole, that will bring us all together again, aiming to provide substantial exchange of knowledge among all Greek Plastic Surgeons, and highlight the state-of-the-art on current issues over the whole spectrum of Plastic Surgery.

The Organising and Scientific Committee, in cooperation with the HESPRAS Council, have started preparing a high-standard conference, attempting to cover all the aspects, trends and innovations of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. The scientific program will include keynote-lectures and round tables, joint sessions of lectures and free papers, interactive masterclasses, debates and satellite symposia. The presence of prominent Greek and foreign invited speakers, who will share their knowledge and experience in their special topics, as well as the active involvement of younger participants, will encourage interactive discussions on scientific issues needing clarifications, decisions and guidance for everyday practice.

Moreover, the exciting cultural and social program that is being assembled, as well as the perfectly equipped conference centre of the meeting venue, Makedonia Palace hotel, will hopefully provide a safe and unforgettable stay in Thessaloniki.

With the certainty that the active participation and joint efforts of us all will contribute to the success of this leading scientific event of our Society,we invite you to the 14th National Congress of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery and look forward to welcoming you in Thessaloniki in October 2022!

Greetings from President of the Scientific Committee

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the scientific committee I would like to welcome you to the 14th Panhellenic conference of the Hellenic Society of Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, which will take place on October 19th-22th 2022 in Thessaloniki, at Makedonia Palace hotel.

Despite the substantial difficulties and the postponement of the conference by a whole year, due to the COVID – 19 pandemic, we are pleased to announce that in cooperation with the organizing committee and the HESPRAS council, we are proceeding with the planning of a high standards conference along with the participation of highly distinguished Greek and foreign lecturers.

The scientific committee is exerting itself, to provide a considerable number of lectures, round tables, master classes, satellite symposiums, free paper presentations and posters that will present the latest advancements, techniques and applications in different fields of plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Moreover, we strongly encourage the active participation of younger colleagues.

It is our belief that the efforts of both the organizing and scientific committees, as well as of the participants, will ensure the fulfillment of a high standard congress comparable to that of an international one. Therefore, we invite you to actively participate and put all your effort into organizing a special meeting.
